1. How much are the shipping costs?

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Depending on the product and country, the delivery time may vary.

As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email. Here you can now track your shipment.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is packed and handed over to DHL (usually the next day) you will receive an email from us in which you can find your tracking number. You can enter this number on the DHL page, or conveniently in our store on this page: https://artoftechno.com/tools/shipment

Product

1. What material are your products made of?

All our items are 100% fair and vegan produced.

All oversized products are made of 100% organic cotton. You can find more information about this in the respective description of the product.

The printing is done in Germany with a 100% waterless process. We use a water-based ink free of heavy metals and harmless dyes. The ink is 100% biodegradable.

Return

1. What is my return policy?

You have the right within 14 days after receipt of the goods to return the items without giving any reason.

We accept a return only for new and unworn goods.

If your goods show a defect or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

If your right of return of 14 days is exceeded and an extended right of return has not been confirmed by us before, your return will be automatically sent back to you.

How can I return items?

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of your return.

This is how the return works:
1. Register your return here: https://artoftechno.com/apps/returns

2. Print the information sheet and add it to the package.

2. Send the return to: Art Of Techno, Allgäuerstraße 35, 87719 Mindelheim, Germany.

Please remember to stamp your shipment sufficiently. It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been made.

Can I return multiple packages in one package?

You can return several orders together in one package.

Please make sure that all clothes are in the package and that the information sheets you will receive when you register your return are enclosed in the package.

4. Can i exchange items?

We do not currently offer clothing exchanges.

However, we do offer the option of a return within 14 days of receipt.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will refund your money within 30 days.

Have you received my return yet?

We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return.

As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a notification.

We usually need a maximum of 14 days to process your return.

After major sale promotions, the processing time may be slightly longer.

It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been made.


Order

1. My order is defective, wrong or incomplete.

In case of complaint, please contact us by e-mail(support@artoftechno.com).

If you have received a defective piece of jewelry, please send us photos showing the entire piece of jewelry and the defect.

If you have received a wrong piece of jewelry, please send us a photo of your entire order.

If your order is incomplete, please contact us by email as well.

Do not forget to include your order number.

2. I have not received an order confirmation.

Please also check your spam folder if there is no email from us in your inbox.

If you still have not received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact customer service(support@artoftechno.com).

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation of your order is of course possible. We can only cancel it as long as it has not yet been processed.

Makingchanges to the order: Unfortunately, an order that has already been placed cannot be changed.

4. Can i change my shipping address afterwards?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can change your shipping address.

Availability

1. Will sold out clothes be available again?

Unfortunately, we can not give an exact date for this, because many different factors play a role.

Usually it takes 4-6 weeks until clothes are back online.


Payment

1. How secure is the online payment?

We place the highest value on your security when making payments.

Your details are of course only transmitted in encrypted form so that third parties cannot read them. Your credit card payment is processed by a specially security-certified partner.
